Hello, I'm Cole, and I've just started this blog to bring to the web this sheet here, which I found browsing 4chan late one night. I figured I could host this image here, and you could download it and fill it in with your own gear using photo editor. Then, once my power comes back on, I will set up an email where you can send your filled in sheets, and I will put them up for discussion. Good luck and happy hunting!
Instructions for downloading: Right click on the image. Hit Save As. Select folder to keep it in.
Hit save. ???. Profit!
